**All the benefits of a birth doula, without the in-person support! This package is great if you or your birth partner are not totally comfortable with another person at your birth, but you really want all the information/educational support that a doula offers.

• 1 prenatal appointment via zoom to discuss hopes/fears and birth preferences

• fully crafted Birth Preference sheet for you to take to your provider

• text and phone support

• ask any questions you want, and I will provide you with the evidence/research so that you can make an informed decision.
  
  Information Package -$300

Equipment

• Elle TENS Unit (available as a rental from 37 weeks gestation to 1 week postpartum. Includes new electrodes and batteries)

  Rental $75

• Set of two peanut balls medium-firm and large- soft (available as a rental from 30 weeks gestation until 1 week postpartum.)

  Rental $20

Postpartum Help

• Lactation support

• In-home care and support (i.e. the postpartum shift work mentioned above)

• The idea that it really does take a village, and new mamas need community to support them!

  -$25/hour (need based assistance available)

Postpartum Doula Services

• 1 prenatal appointment to discuss postpartum goals and support

• 4 (4 hr.) postpartum visits— we cover education, feeding, newborn care, postpartum changes, etc… This includes anything you might need including, but not limited to: sibling care, light cleaning, meal prep, grocery pickup/errands.

• access to doula lending library

• discounted encapsulation package

• nipple cream and postpartum sitz bath

• Additional visits/hours available at $25/hour

• Overnight/weekend shifts available upon discussion

  Postpartum Package (Deluxe)- $400+

• 1 prenatal visit to discuss postpartum goals, concerns, and support

• 2 (4 hr.) postpartum visits— education, feeding, newborn care, postpartum changes, etc… This includes anything you might need including, but not limited to: sibling care, light cleaning, meal prep, grocery pickup/errands.

• continuous labor support until everyone is ready for me to leave (2-3 hours postpartum)

• breastfeeding support
